BAM !!
that's me falling on my face precipitated by a premature dose of old fashioned, field leveling pride.
In the name of fair play i will post my effort for day 5 which i have titled, "Horrible Hyacinth."
I will not humiliate myself further with a close up photo. take it from me, it ain't purty. As long as I am
groveling here let me apologize for the typos and inconsistencies in the written portion of the blog. sometimes i can reach the shift key for capitalization and sometimes not. bear with me all will be better in due time! thanks.
I understand after trying to paint with my left hand... I'm amazed by what you are able to do..... Looking forward to tomorrow's painting.

You are a very tough critic, sweet Cindy! I think these paintings are wonderful! I think your efforts are valiant. I still see the cape on your super hero shoulders! You better go and have a look in the mirror. It's still there, darling friend. You rock!
ReplyDeleteI agree, you are too hard on yourself. If I couldn't use my right hand, I'm sure I would have given up. But now I know what to do if I need to post and I don't like my painting. No close ups!
ReplyDeleteI'm laughing! yep,Pam ingenuity often is a great substitute for perfection....but Cheri I need a bar to measure against! And Lou, I appreciate your empathetic gesture of trying out Mr. Lefty!!
ReplyDeleteYou are cracking me up! It is not horrible. Just soldier on, and when you look back it later you will see that it wasn't bad after all.
ReplyDeleteWhen my right hand was not working I hated nothing more than the shift key.Personally, I think people using their wrong hand should be exempt from capitalization, like e.e. cummings.
cindy - i am in awe that you even attempted to do this challenge what with your own challenge to live a better life. yet still you figured out a way to give it a go -- i personally love 'em! you are one heck of an artist. er, did you notice you are the only one doing the critiquing? hmmm. . . .
ReplyDeletein honor of you and the other comment-ers - there are no caps in this message. maybe this will launch a social media action to disallow caps unless you seriously have to yell at someone. ha, ha. btw, i don't believe yelling is civilized.
hang tough, keep it going!
p.s. dang, the ! requires a shift key -- we'll have to do something about that, won't we.
